If Ordering Via Mail, Phone, or Fax

Call to confirm current prices when ordering by mail. Fill in order form as completely as possible (for reference when calling). For fax or mail, please print legibly. Use part numbers and descriptions from the catalog. Specify year and model. If available, please include chassis # (same as I.D. #). All prices are "per each item" unless otherwise stated (example, some items are sold as a pair, or set). All prices subject to change without notice.


Ordering Online

After you've added parts to your shopping cart, you can click the "checkout" button. If you've ordered on our website previously, you can log in using your email address and the password you previously created. If you've forgotten your password, click the Forgot your Password? link. If you're new to our site, simply click the "New Customer" button.

During checkout, the shipping amount displayed is valid in the continental U.S. only, and excludes additional shipping/boxing fees that will be due if you're ordering oversized items.
We will contact you with the final total for approval prior to shipping.

Shipping

Our minimum shipping fee is $7.95 for shipping within the continental United States:

Orders will ship via FEDEX only.

Within the continental U.S. allow 1-5 business days for delivery (depending on destination).
Orders (of in-stcok parts) shipped to Southern California addresses typically arrive the next business day. East coast destinations tend to take approximately 5 business days.

We also provide express shipping. If you'd prefer faster shipping than standard ground shipping, please phone in your order to speak to a sales representative. For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and all international locations, please phone in your order and speak to a sales representative. Orders to these locations must go by air, and are pricier to ship.


Payment

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, CODs, checks, and money orders. Cash ok on Will Call orders.

Important information about debit and credit card transactions:

Your credit or debit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. You will receive tracking information by email. Before your items are shipped, your debit or credit card statement may show what looks like a deduction from your account. Note, these funds have not been deducted but are being reserved within your account to ensure your order can be processed. This is known as an "authorization hold" and typically lasts from 4-7 days, depending upon the policy of your bank.

For credit cards, include card number, exp date, CVV number, and name as it apears on the card. WE MUST HAVE THE CVV # TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER (3 DIGIT NUMBER ON THE BACK OF MASTERCARD, VISA, AND DISCOVER. 4 DIGIT NUMBER ON THE FRONT OF AMEX). WE MUST ALSO HAVE THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS ON FILE FOR YOUR PAYMENT TO CLEAR.

CODs must be paid by money order or cashiers check only. Fedex does NOT accept cash. There is an $11.00 fee applied to all COD orders.

Personal checks are subject to a two week hold to allow for funds to clear.

If paying with Paypal, you'll have an opportunity during checkout to be directed to the Paypal website. Once you have finished making payment on the Paypal website, remember to click the final "complete" button to be redirected back to our website so your order is finalized.


Warranty, Refunds, Returns, Exchanges

A 15% RESTOCKING FEE APPLIES TO ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES UNLESS AIRHEAD PARTS (or KGP&R) WAS IN ERROR. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Ventura Warehouse Group logoWe carry a Lifetime Guarantee on all the parts produced by our manufacturing arm, Ventura Warehouse Group. Look for the "VWG" logo when shopping on our website, or (if buying from one of the over 350 parts dealers we supply) look for the "V" logo to insure quality and our guarantee. No matter where you bought it (even used at a VW swap meet), if it has failed from normal used, we'll replace it free, period. Limited Guarantees on other parts also apply.

No returns after 30 days. Damaged or Missing Item claims must be initiated within 2 DAYS of receipt.

Items returned to Airhead Parts (AHP) must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by an AHP representative. Write the RMA # clearly on the outside of the package. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA #. Return freight must be pre-paid. We do not issue call tags. Returns can be sent to:

Note: RMA #'s are only good for 30 days from the day they are issued.

Ship with a carrier that provides a tracking number. Extra fees incurred by 3rd party vendors (mail box stores, etc.) will not be reimbursed.

ALL special order items such as wiring harnesses, colored upholstery or colored carpet kits, as well as electrical components not manufactured by AHP are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable!

Items that have been modified, altered, or damaged by improper istallation, misuse/neglect are not eligible for return.

Returns must be returned in orininal packaging and condition to receive full credit.
