Departure 8:45am: Driving through Big Sur overlooking the Pacific Ocean from the famous cliffs and bridges of one of the world's most scenic Highways, CA Hwy 1. Multiple Photo ops and quick stops to take in the scenery (we have a one hour+ cushion for whatever we like.

Departure: 8:30am from Half Moon Bay. Back onto Pacific Coast Hwy (Hwy 1). 3.5 hours – 4.5 hours to cruise the 100 miles down the Big Sur. (Who knows what we’ll find……..). Mill Creek Picnic at around Noon (see map)
